Hobsonville Point History Trail app for iPhone and iPad

We are a group of students from Hobsonville Point Secondary School doing an enterprise project to help raise money for the KidsCan charity by selling our Hobsonville Point History Trail app.

KidsCan is an organisation who helps underprivileged children living in poverty without basic needs. KidsCan makes it possible for these kids to live healthily and have the basic needs of things such as food, clothes, raincoats, and shoes. We hope that our project will not only help these underprivileged children, but also create interest for people learn about the history that took place around Hobsonville Point.

People of all ages will be able to experience The Point in a wonderful and unique way. Through physical exercise, there are paths and tracks you are able to walk to visit some of the amazing sites Hobsonville Point has to offer. You will easily be able to access these interesting stories and information about Hobsonville Point through our app. Our app includes photos, information and audio recordings about each site. We include information on the most significant heritage buildings and areas around The Point such as Bomb Point and Seaplane Slipway.
